A sports injury is any injury that you suffer while playing sports, although it doesn't have to be something as serious as breaking a bone or tearing a ligament. Sometimes, you might not even notice you suffered a sports injury until a few days after the fact. The symptoms you'll notice after a sports injury include pain, stiffness, swelling, and a loss of range of motion.
